Fish Head Curry
Would you eat fish head curry? You should. It's actually extremely tasty. They bring out this huge bowl of red curry with a massive fish head right on top and it is delicious. That was one of the many pleasant surprises we had on the island of Penang. The culture was so rich, the people so kind, the food ridiculously good and the vistas we're stunning. These are the hidden gems in travel that no one really talks about but blows you away when the wind happens to blow you that direction.
